Replacement due to Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misconfigured or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by providing the right replacement/service eligible for your order.

Kindly, contact us within 5 business days from Date of delivery if there is any issue. 

 

Exceptions / non-replaceable items

Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about specific items from your order.
 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your issue and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method on the day of approval and will reflect in your original source within 2-7 business days. Please remember it can take some more time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
